Woke up this morning and I was looking at the app details section of iTunes connect and I noticed that my Minimum OS requirements were set to 2.2.1. Because I didn't want the app to be limiting and I wanted it to be available to all > 2.0 I rejected the binary and was attempting to reupload. I ket getting a code sign error and realized I had to set active SDK -> Device or it won't code sign it correctly. I selected 2.0 as my active SDK and re built the app. Uploaded it and now is still waiting review status, but the minimum OS requirement is set to 2.0. So just something to keep an eye out for.
